Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dredge Master to join our team for an upcoming project in South America.
The Dredge Master will be responsible for the operation of our small cutter suction dredgers and the training of local crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate cutter suction dredgers efficiently and safely
Train and mentor local crew to ensure competency and safety standards
Oversee the dredging process and ensure compliance with project specifications
Report progress and any operational issues to the project manager
Qualifications:
Proven track record in operating cutter suction dredgers
Strong communication skills in Spanish
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment
Flexibility and willingness to work in a temporary capacity
